Segerstrom Center for the Arts announced the Golden Snitch Digital Lottery for the upcoming 11-25 July engagement of six-time Tony® Award-winning production of “Harry Potter and the Cursed Child.” The lottery will open for all performances at noon today (Friday, 26 June 2026). For the first week of performances, the lottery will close on Wednesday, 8 July 2026 at 9:30 am PST.
For subsequent weeks of performances, the Golden Snitch Digital Lottery will close at 9:30 am PST the Friday prior to the desired performance week.
Each winner is allowed to purchase up to two (2) tickets at $40 each.
HOW TO ENTER
- A minimum of twenty (20) tickets for every performance will be available for purchase at $40 each.
- Winner notifications will be sent by email starting at 10am local time and continuing throughout the day as needed. Winners will have a limited window to claim and purchase their tickets. If selected as a winner, be sure to check your email for details and the purchase deadline.
- No purchase or payment is necessary to enter nor does a purchase increase the chance of winning.
- Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the Digital Lottery.
- Only one (1) entry per person. Repeat entries and disposable email addresses will be discarded.
- $40 Tickets must be picked up at will call beginning two (2) hours prior to the performance with a valid photo ID.
- $40 Tickets are void if resold.
ADDITIONAL RULES
Patrons must be 18 years or older and have a valid, non-expired photo ID that matches the name used to enter. Tickets are non-transferable. Ticket limits and prices displayed are at the sole discretion of the show and are subject to change without notice.
Lottery prices are not valid on prior purchases. Lottery ticket offer cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions. All sales final – no refunds or exchanges. Lottery may be revoked or modified at any time without notice. A purchase will not improve the chances of winning.
Tickets for “Harry Potter and the Cursed Child” are currently on sale. Patrons are advised to check the official “Harry Potter and the Cursed Child channels” and SCFTA.org for late release seats which may become available at short notice.
