I’ll be part of a panel presentation on the big G called “Godzilla Minus One: A Triumphant and Profound Kaiju Movie” at WonderCon. Through my contacts, I’ve been able to procure some swag so cool even the panelists want them…so, there will be a raffle.

Times),Jana Monji (film critic, Age of the Geek.org, RogerEbert.com, AsAm News)Moderators Nikhil Shah (lawyer, Godzilla Geek) and Jose Gonzalez, Jr. (biologist/screenwriter)The panelists will discuss the background of the Godzilla film, including the atomic tests in the Marshall Islands that led to the inspiration behind the Godzilla franchise including Minus One. The panel will also discuss issues of PTSD shown in Minus One from the survivors of war and will discuss what made this movie successful with audiences, including strong characters, storytelling, and efficient use of a limited budget by the director.

We didn’t want to take up talk time with a trivia contest and after my bitter, bitter experience with the”Ghostbusters:Afterlife” trivia contest where the host was obviously prejudiced against my husband (for whatever reason), I want things to be fair. There will be a raffle for the prizes for all attendees, including panelists and their guests because the swag is that cool.
